Carrie brings a strong background in recruiting for deeply technical, product-driven, and high-growth companies, with experience spanning early-stage startups like Airware and Stripe to global tech leaders including Qualcomm and Intuit. Her expertise includes building new functions from the ground up, defining and launching net-new roles within emerging or evolving teams, and partnering closely with founders and executives to design and implement talent strategies aligned with ambitious business and product goals.
Carrie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona and is passionate about helping companies build the teams that shape their trajectory.
