Paige helps to lead the Velocity Team at Radical Ventures and serves on the board of the University of Guelph’s Centre for Advancing Responsible and Ethical AI (CARE-AI).
She brings a unique blend of experience working with both Fortune 100 companies and startups. During her time at McKinsey & Company, Paige consulted across a range of industries, helping Fortune 100 clients build innovation centres and shape their digital, data, and AI strategies.
Prior to joining Radical Ventures, Paige led the integration and scaling of Layer 6, a Toronto-based AI startup specializing in deep learning, across TD Bank. She also held a leadership position at the Vector Institute, where she helped drive commercial innovation and strengthen Canada’s position as a global AI leader.
Paige holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University, as well as a dual Master’s degrees in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto. She also holds over 15 personal and corporate North American patents.
