Sarah Orlando is a Talent Analyst at Radical Ventures, based in the Bay Area. She currently assists Radical’s human capital efforts by supporting the firm’s talent network and working with portfolio companies on their technical recruitment needs. Prior to joining Radical, Sarah has worked as a technical recruiter at ByteDance and LinkedIn. Sarah holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo and a Masters degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from New York University.
