Yvonne Likomanova is a Senior Director of Talent of Radical Ventures where she partners with portfolio companies to help them build and scale their talent infrastructure, talent management strategies, and highest-impact technical recruitment needs across AI/ML, Software, Data, and Product.
Prior to Radical, Yvonne built and led the technology recruitment business for Inventure Recruitment working with early-stage and growth-stage startups such as Stripe, Curai Health, Applied Intuition, Aurora, Voyage, Cruise, Kensho, among others, to help them build new software/AI services, systems, and products.
Yvonne was also a founding member of the Quant, Tech and Data team at GQR responsible for bridging the gap between top talent coming from the West Coast’s big tech and startup-ecosystem and the leading quantitative firms such as Bridgewater Associates, Two Sigma, Citadel, P72, and others. During this time, Yvonne also served as the West Coast Regional Director of the Hedge Fund Association.
Yvonne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Film Studies from Claremont McKenna College, where she also played on the women’s tennis team.
