Josh is VP, Legal and Corporate Affairs at Radical Ventures and is primarily responsible for legal matters relating to Radical’s corporate entities, partnerships, limited partners and investments and investor relations.
Prior to Radical, Josh was an Associate in the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital group at Torys LLP, where he maintained a general corporate law practice with an emphasis on representing emerging companies on a broad range of matters, including incorporation, financings, employment, IP, commercial contracts and M&A. Previously, Josh was an Investment Analyst at O’Leary Ventures. Josh holds a B.Eng from McGill, a JD/MBA from UofT/Rotman and is called to the bar in Ontario.
