Rich is a Partner at Radical Ventures, where he leads early-stage investments in AI-native startups across both the infrastructure and application layers.
Prior to joining Radical, Rich was a Vice President at Accel, where he focused on early-stage investments in companies including Filigran, PhaseV, Polar, Synthflow, and Dash0. Before his career in venture capital, Rich was an early member of Plaid’s international expansion team, leading partnerships and business development. Previously, he served in Google’s central management consulting group (BizOps), advising on Alphabet’s highest-priority strategic product and go-to-market initiatives. Rich began his career as a consultant at Bain & Company.
Rich holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a double major in Economics and Operations Research & Management Science.
