Richa Mehta is a Partner at Radical Ventures and helps lead the firm’s Growth Strategy. Prior to joining Radical, Richa was a Principal at ICONIQ Capital, where she made investments in companies including 1Password, Aurora Solar, Automattic, Drata, Fireblocks, Hightouch, Incident IQ, Pepper, Ramp, and Virtru. Previously, Richa worked on the technology investing team at General Atlantic, based in New York City.
Richa graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and a B.A. in International Studies. She was born in Mumbai and raised in Tokyo.
